This was Mike's personal cart built from the frame up.  We started with a bare frame, added all new components, steering, custom painted ST Sport body, Full Terra toys coil suspension, WheelsCA disc brakes, Highly modified Briggs V Twin, Custom cart cage, nerf bars 12" Aggressor wheels, 25" Moto 350 tires and new OEM High Speed rear end.
